Unisecure introduced dial-to-order services at Philadelphia data center in US

Philadelphia, 21st June, 2016: Unisecure, leading data center service provider in the US, has introduced dial-to-order services, a new functionality that will facilitate quicker purchase web hosting services via call.

“Although our customers recommended us to initiate the element that would cut-down the elongated route to placing order, we were unable to process the request due to some reasons. However, now we have a fully functional dial-to-order feature and customers can subscribe to our services without filling out too many online forms,” said a spokesperson at Unisecure.

Unisecure is ranked among the country’s prominent data center service providers and it essentially known for its VPS hosting, dedicated server hosting and cloud-based solutions, all of them accessible on the site with pre-defined hosting plans. Apart from this, the IT organization also delivers colocation services, 1U server colocation, rack colocation, load-balanced servers, migration services, disaster recovery and more. With such a myriad of solutions and services, customers need a quick approach that can let them purchase the service faster.

“The customers calls are answered by our staff with sound technical background, so the team won’t just process the order, but also help the clients find the right solution that would best suit their business needs. We have trained our team to skillfully manage our customer's’ request, while also help them out with their queries,” said the CIO.

The dial-to-order service will not only benefit the clients, but will also generate more leads for the company. “I am sure this will work great for our customers as well as for us,” added the CIO.
