Complete update of barn into an event space. Installed new floor over timbers, primed and painted floor for protection and sheen, installed new electrical service and circulating fans, and updated to meet life safety codes. A fall-prevention fence was installed outside and upgrades to door hardware and lighting scenes were also included.
