California Department of Technology Choose GSH for Critical Environments Contract

GSH, the leading facilities and energy management provider, has been awarded a 4 year contract worth around $28m to deliver O&M services including critical systems for the State owned California Department of Technology based in and around Sacramento. The contract reinforces GSH’s continued growth strategy on the West Coast of the USA where the company is enjoying significant success across a number of sectors.

A key factor in GSHs success was their ability to provide data centre references from their existing customer base across three continents, Europe, North America, and Asia.

Under the terms of the deal, due to start on the 1st March 2014, GSH will provide a team of Technicians and Managers who will operate on-site support 24/7. They will be responsible for ensuring business continuity and minimising risk for these vital parts of the organisation.

John Davy, Group Managing Director at GSH, said: “This is a highly prestige contract which we were awarded due to our high levels of competency and proven success in this highly regulated and complex space. At GSH we put customer satisfaction and service delivery at the top of our agenda, which is reflected in our ability to provide global references from our loyal customer base.”
